So yesterday I finished a new illustration for my picture book, only 3 remain to be completed to complete the book. Happy with myself, I sit down with a few beers to enjoy the movie, burn out, a very good movie by the way. After the movie I started to wander around the internet and end up on my old web site. That website contain all my illustration from 1998 till 2002 until I joined Deviantart.

Now I don't know how to finish that journal entry, if I was voicing myself with gesture and word instead of words, This entry would be way more interesting. But I saw many interesting point.

- Being negative in your journal, is only interesting for yourself and very boring for your future self.
- There is a constant evolution of my work, some idea that could not be produce in the past for lack of skill are now being master.
- Using lazy option to complete your work is never an option, people will see it and your future self will judge it.
- I did not spend enough time on the drawing table.

After looking at all the picture like a visitor, I went to see my more recent work. It was a serious contrast.
Oh maybe just maybe I should put one of those story in my head on paper, only once at least.

For the past 4 years I have been living in Tokyo and every summer I have an exhibition in Ginza. Over the year I have chose to show some of the art work only in the gallery and not on internet. But this year I have shown most of my new work in gallery before posting it on internet. Seen people reaction face to face is always very rewarding.

I had various people visiting my exhibition, art enthusiast, university students, fellow artist and veteran. The reception was mostly positive, so now I know witch direction I need to take for next year.

Oh .... I forgot to say
the original tranformer designer think my art is good =-) !!!
